Sally and I started the Dulverton herd in 1981, my how those 24 years have flown.  During the mid eighties we both became convinced that it was just as important to focus on the carcase traits as it was the on-farm traits, eg fertility, calving ease, growth, temperament.  Why?  Quite simply because “People Eat Meat”.
